How we grade our Preloved goods...
A quick guide to how we grade our goods, it is important to us that we are transparent and honest. We always take great care to ensure you know exactly what condition
all of our preloved items are in.
Grade A - Brand new and unused
The item is brand new, it has never been used and is in the same condition as it would be if bought direct from the designer.
Grade B - Preloved, Excellent condition no signs of wear
The item has been lightly used in a very careful manner and shows no signs of visible wear at all.
Grade C - Well Loved, visible/discreet signs of wear
The item has been used but only shows very few signs of visible wear, most of which are discreet and not visible to the naked eye when in use.
Example: A light mark on the inside of the bag or under the handle, a scuff on the inside or bottoms of shoes, light scratches on jewellery.
These will be shown on pictures and detailed in the description.
Grade D - An oldie but Goodie, visible heavy marks or signs of wear
The item has been well used and shows visible signs of wear, which could be general rubbing, wear or even heavy marks.
Example: Scuffs on the fronts and heels of shoes, scuffed corners on bags, scratches on sunglasses.
These will be shown on pictures and detailed in the description.
